
Terms and Conditions
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT:
You will have accepted this Agreement and be bound by its terms if you use the Services or otherwise indicate your affirmative acceptance of such Services.
CHARGES AND BILLINGS:
Charges, Fees, and Taxes That You Must Pay.
You agree to pay all charges associated with the Services, including, but not limited to, production services, equipment costs (as defined below), third party installation charges, monthly service charges, state, and local taxes (however designated) and any fees or payment obligations imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental bodies for the sale, installation, use, or provision of the Services. You agree to pay any regulatory recovery fees which Destination Television® invoices you for municipal, state fees or assessments imposed on Destination Television®, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY GOVERNMENT IMPOSED FEES AND TAXES THAT BECOME APPLICABLE RETROACTIVELY. We will provide you with notice and an effective date of any change in our prices or fees, unless the change in price is related to a change in governmental or quasi-governmental taxes, fees or assessments, in which case we may elect not to provide notice except where required by applicable law. Not all fees apply to all Services.
How We Will Bill You.
Services are provided to you on a month-to-month basis. You will generally be billed monthly, in advance, for production services, recurring service charges, equipment charges, and fees. IN ADDITION, YOU MUST PAY, ON OR BEFORE THE DAY WE INSTALL ANY OR ALL OF THE SERVICES, THE FIRST MONTH’S SERVICE CHARGES, DESTINATION TELEVISION® EQUIPMENT CHARGES, AND ANY DEPOSITS. ANY INSTALLATION CHARGES will be handled by the Subscriber. You may be billed for some Services individually after they have been provided to you. These may include extra production services outside of the amended monthly updates stated in the Location Agreement and / or Advertiser Agreement. Your first bill may include pro-rated charges from the date you first begin receiving Services, as well as monthly recurring charges for the next month and charges for non-recurring charges for any non-recurring services you have received.
If you make partial payment of any bill, we will apply that payment to the outstanding charges in the amounts and proportions that we determine. However, we do not waive our rights to collect the full balance owed to us by accepting partial payment.
If you use a credit card to pay for the Services, that use is governed by the card issuer agreement for that card, and you must refer to that agreement for your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. If Destination Television® does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. If you make payment by check, you authorize Destination Television® to collect your check electronically & monthly. You agree that you may not amend or modify this Agreement with any restrictive endorsements (such as “paid in full”), releases, or other statements on or accompanying checks or other payments accepted by Destination Television® and that any such notations shall have no legal effect.
Return / Exchange Privileges and Policy:
Terms and conditions of sale Return Privileges and Refund Policy: Destination Television® offers a 30 day return privilege. Within 30 days of delivery, merchandise may be returned in new condition and original packaging for an exchange. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your delivery, Destination Television® is ready to help make it right. Please Contact support@destinationtelevision.com or 1-800-731-3788 if you have received merchandise that is damaged or defective.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the item has a shipping surcharge, shipping surcharges are not refundable. Returns void any special offers or promotions used at time of purchase.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery that are damaged, not in resalable condition, not in original packaging shipped in, or missing parts or accessories will be accepted for return and a charge will be billed to you for any missing parts or damaged equipment.
Note: If a not returnable item is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will work with you to make the matter right.
Destination Television®, does not make any exceptions to our return privileges.

Do not write anything directly on the box that the item was shipped to you in. We recommend you send your return via a trackable service such as parcel post with delivery confirmation or UPS and insure it for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Be sure to maintain a copy of any tracking numbers in your records in case you need to contact us.
If your return is for exchange, please mark "Exchange" on a label, on package wrap or place it inside of the box that the item was shipped to you in. Do not write anything directly on the box the item was shipped to you in. New equipment will only be shipped out from Destination Television® when we receive your returned shipment. There will be a 15% minimum restock charge unless the merchandise was documented by the carrier as damaged at the time of delivery. Since we do not have a way of knowing if you have made a return to an address other than our own, please advise us when you make such a return and provide tracking numbers to assist us in locating your package so that your return can be processed.
For any refused delivery or merchandise returned undeliverable, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
You are responsible for return freight costs since no refund will be issued. In such circumstances, your credit card or store account will be charged the return freight amount. If your merchandise is damaged in transit back to us, we must charge your account for any damages. Allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Refund Privileges and Policy:
No refunds are offered by Destination Television® at any time. Our services are subscription based only. We do not sell equipment. Equipment is leased out through Destination Television® for purposes of providing our content services.
Customer Equipment Responsibility:
Destination Television® has no responsibility for the operation, support, maintenance or repair of any equipment, software or services that you elect to use in connection with the Services or Destination Television Equipment (the “Customer Equipment”).
Cancellation of Contract:
